About Us
Advanced Behavioral Solutions, LLC (ABS) is a behavioral health company that specializes in intensive behavioral therapy that includes evidence-based procedures derived from the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Our goal is to help children to improve their functional skills and adapt to their environment, so they can reach their full potential. Each child receives therapeutic programs that are comprehensive and individualized to ensure effectiveness and optimal progress based on their needs.
ABS is dedicated to abiding by the ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Meet the Team
Mia Dianda, MS, BCBA, LBA
Mia Dianda, director and owner of Advanced Behavioral Solutions, LLC, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma. Mia has been working in the field of special education, ABA, and autism since 2000. She also was a special educator for 8 years in the state of California.
She has a wide range of experience working with children along the autism spectrum and has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2 to 16 privately and both in clinical and educational settings.
Her expertise includes functional behavior assessments, program development, data collection and analysis, parent and professional training, discrete trial instruction, applying verbal behavior methodologies into programming, conducting social groups, classroom management, and functional communication training.
She is an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Texas Association of Behavior Analysis (TxABA), Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), as well as the Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group (VB SIG).
Erica Brown, RBT
Erica Brown is one of the Clinical Supervisors at Advanced Behavioral Solutions. Dedicated to improving the lives of everyone she works with, Erica joined the team in 2018. Her passion to help others became the most successful after owning a martial arts school for 20 years and instructing children and adults to now working one on one with children and teens to make their lives more fulfilled.
Under the leadership of Mia Dianda, Erica has gained the knowledge to work as an RBT in the office and in homes of children and teens, offering them the ability to become more independent and confident in their daily lives as they grow.
She, her husband, Chad, and her son, Elias live in Edmond, OK with their 2 dogs, Auggie and Lady. They enjoy staying active in Crossfit and running, as well as watching and re-watching Marvel and Star Wars movies together during their down time.
Amelia Patterson, M.Ed
Amelia Patterson joined the ABS staff in June 2020, as a part-time employee. She plans to complete her RBT certification in March 2021. She is a full time PreK teacher at Santa Fe South Early Childhood Center. Amelia received her Masters in Education in 2016, from the University of Central Oklahoma. She graduated from St. Gregory’s University in 2008, with a Bachelor of Arts. Amelia has a passion for children and loves to see them grow and succeed. In her free time, she simply enjoys time with family and friends.
Makenzie Hill, RBT
My name is Makenzie Hill and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Advanced Behavioral Solutions! I have had a passion for autism since my cousin Carter was diagnosed and have always been interested in ABA therapy. Seeing how it changed his life made me want to be a part of that for other children! I’m currently a student at the University of Central Oklahoma and am pursuing an education track to get my BCBA. Outside of work and school, I love being with my family and my dogs!
Aisha Hasanjee, M.S., CCC-SLP, RBT
Hello, my name is Aisha Hasanjee and I have been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Advanced Behavioral Solutions for three years now. I received my Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2019. Currently, I am completing Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma as well. I have always had a passion for working with children as I nannied throughout high school and helped my mother who worked with special needs children. In the future, I plan to continue working with the pediatric population teaching children with communication difficulties. During my free time, I enjoy reading, running, hanging out with friends, trying new coffee shops, and shopping!
Nancy Arreola, RBT
My name is Nancy Arreola and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have worked for Advanced Behavioral Solutions for the past year and love it! I am currently a student at the University of Central Oklahoma and will be receiving my Bachelors in Psychology this year. I plan to continue working with children in the future. During my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends!
Araceli Herrera, RBT
Hey there! My name is Araceli Herrera and I have been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Advanced Behavioral Solutions since September 2022. I received my Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2022. My plan is to continue my schooling and apply to the occupational therapy program at the University of Oklahoma College of Allied Health. I have a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and have future plans to continue to do so. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my fiancé, spending time with my family, and cooking!
Carla Salas, RBT
Hello, my name is Carla Salas and I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I have an associate degree in sociology from Oklahoma City Community College and I intend to continue my education in psychology. My time in ABA has given me a more positive outlook in life and I am very thankful to have the opportunity to positively impact others. I also appreciate having supportive colleagues willing to help me grow in the field as well. When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time reading, exercising, and trying out new activities and new foods!
